Account & Login

How do I reset my password?

FabMeet uses phone number authentication, so there's no password to reset. Simply log in with your phone number and verify with the SMS code sent to you.

I can't log into my account

Make sure you're using the correct phone number. If you changed your number, contact support at support@fabmeet.com with your old and new number for assistance.

Verification

My verification was rejected. What should I do?

Make sure your verification photo is clear, well-lit, and matches your profile photos. Avoid filters, sunglasses, or hats. Try again, and if it continues to fail, contact support for help.

How long does verification take?

Photo verification is usually instant. ID verification (for premium users) takes 1-24 hours. You'll receive a notification when your verification is complete.

Matches & Messaging

Why am I not getting matches?

Try updating your profile with more photos and a detailed bio. Adjust your preferences to expand your search radius or age range. Make sure you're actively swiping and engaging with the app.

A match disappeared. What happened?

Your match may have unmatched you, deleted their account, or been removed for violating our Community Guidelines. Unfortunately, we can't restore disappeared matches.

Safety & Privacy

How do I report someone?

Tap the three dots on their profile or message, select "Report," choose the reason, and submit. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
