Welcome to FabMeet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FabMeet mobile application and services. By creating an account and using FabMeet, you agree to these Terms.

5. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on FabMeet (photos, bio, messages). However, you grant FabMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

Content Moderation

We may review, monitor, and remove content at our discretion. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content and are not responsible for user-generated content.

6. App Is Free

FabMeet is currently completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or hidden costs to access any features of the application.

7. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm other users or FabMeet's reputation

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantees

FabMeet does not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship. We provide a platform for connections but cannot control user behavior or outcomes.

Service Availability

We strive to keep FabMeet available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

User Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend following our Safety Guidelines when meeting people in person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabMeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FabMeet harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
